This training section is comprised of how to successfully find, bid on, and acquire properties via auctions. Auctions aren’t for the faint of heart, so ensure you’re prepared and ready to tackle them the right way via this section.
To ensure you fully understand the basics of auctions, Rod explains how they entice you to bid with low prices. You’ll then learn about some important things to be aware of such as sellers having the ability to hide defects and the need to have your financing lined up prior to the auction.
Next, you’ll learn about nine of the biggest nationwide auction houses, a how you should create a separate email account to register for all of them.
After all the basics of auctions have been covered, Rod explains the two different categories of auctions, reserve and absolute. You’ll learn the similarities and differences between the two, along with when the highest bidder truly does win and when they do not. Lastly, Rod takes you through the auction process step by step.
